Add an Absence Entry

Use this procedure to add an absence entry for one or more employees.

To add an absence entry:

  1. On the My Time tab or My Employees tab, tap .

  2. Tap Add Time Entry.

  3. Tap the Absence Entry tab.

  4. On the Add Absence Entry screen, enter the following information:

    FieldDescription
    DateSelect the date of the absence entry. You may select a date range, if needed. This field is required
    HoursEnter the total number of hours for the absence entry. This field is required
    EmployeesSelect the employee for the absence entry. You can select multiple employees. This field is required.
    Absence CodeSelect the code for the absence entry. This field is required.
    DescriptionEnter a description for the absence entry. This field is required.
    CommentsEnter any comments for the absence entry. This field has a maximum of 999 characters.
  5. Tap Create.

Print the selected topic to PDF, or print the selected topic and all subtopics to PDF.
